Text

In a proceeding under this article:

(1)a certified copy of a person's driving record obtained from the bureau; or
(2)a certified copy of a court record concerning a previous conviction; constitutes prima facie evidence that the person has a previous conviction of operating while intoxicated. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-11-4-14.]
