Text
(a)The court shall order that the driving
privileges of a person are suspended for a period of at least one (1) year
for a person convicted of the following:
(1)An offense that includes the element of causing or resulting in
serious bodily injury while operating a motor vehicle.
(2)An offense under IC 9-30-5 that includes the element of
causing or resulting in serious bodily injury.
(3)An offense under IC 9-30-5 when the person has a prior
conviction for an offense under IC 9-30-5.
(b)A person whose driving privileges are suspended under
subsection (a) is eligible for specialized driving privileges under
section 3 of this chapter.
(c)If a person is convicted of an offense that includes the element
of causing the death of another person and the offense involved the
operation of a moto
