§ 9-30-12-1 — Payment of fee for driving privileges with dishonored check; suspension, revocation, or invalidation
(a)The bureau may suspend or revoke the
driving privileges of an individual who makes payment to the bureau
with funds that are not honored.
(b)In addition to the penalties in subsection (a), the bureau may do
the following:
(1)Revoke the driver's license or permit of an individual who
makes payment to the bureau for a driver's license or permit with
funds that are not honored.
(2)Invalidate the title or registration of an individual who makes
payment to the bureau for a driver's license or permit with funds
that are not honored.
