§ 9-30-10-2 — "License"
Indiana·Title 9 MOTOR VEHICLES·Art. 30 GENERAL PENALTY PROVISIONS·Ch. 10 Habitual Violator of Traffic Laws
As used in this chapter, "license" includes any
type of license or permit issued by the bureau to operate the type of
vehicle being driven.
