§ 9-28-6-2 — Effect of regulations
Indiana·Title 9 MOTOR VEHICLES·Art. 28 INTERSTATE COMPACTS AND AGREEMENTS·Ch. 6 Vehicle Equipment Safety Compact
Pursuant to Article 5(a) of the vehicle equipment
safety compact, it is the intention of this state and it is hereby provided
that no rule, regulation, or code issued by the vehicle equipment safety
commission in accordance with Article 5 of the compact takes effect
until approved by an act of the general assembly.
