§ 9-28-2-5 — Jurisdiction
Indiana·Title 9 MOTOR VEHICLES·Art. 28 INTERSTATE COMPACTS AND AGREEMENTS·Ch. 2 Nonresident Violator Agreements
As used in this chapter, "jurisdiction" means a
state, territory, or possession of the United States, the District of
Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a province of Canada.
