§ 9-28-2-4 — Driver's license
Indiana·Title 9 MOTOR VEHICLES·Art. 28 INTERSTATE COMPACTS AND AGREEMENTS·Ch. 2 Nonresident Violator Agreements
As used in this chapter, "driver's license" means
any type of license or privilege to operate a motor vehicle issued under
the laws of a jurisdiction.
