§ 9-28-2-2 — Collateral

As used in this chapter, "collateral" means any cash or other security deposited to secure an appearance for trial following the issuance by a police officer of a citation for a traffic violation. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-5-1.1-1 part.]
