§ 9-28-2-2 — Collateral
Indiana·Title 9 MOTOR VEHICLES·Art. 28 INTERSTATE COMPACTS AND AGREEMENTS·Ch. 2 Nonresident Violator Agreements
As used in this chapter, "collateral" means any
cash or other security deposited to secure an appearance for trial
following the issuance by a police officer of a citation for a traffic
violation.
