Text
Any court or other agency of this state, or a
subdivision thereof, that has jurisdiction to take any action suspending,
revoking, or otherwise limiting a license to drive shall report that action
and the adjudication upon which the action is based to the bureau
within five (5) days on forms approved by the bureau.
