§ 9-27-7-4 — Appointment of program coordinator and training specialist of the motorcycle operator safety education program
Indiana·Title 9 MOTOR VEHICLES·Art. 27 TRAFFIC SAFETY AND DRIVER EDUCATION·Ch. 7 Motorcycle Operator Safety Education Program
The commissioner shall appoint:
(1)a program coordinator of the motorcycle operator safety
education program developed under section 3 of this chapter who
shall administer the motorcycle operator safety education program
and conduct an annual evaluation; and
(2)a training specialist of the motorcycle operator safety
education program developed under section 3 of this chapter who
shall:
(A)establish approved motorcycle driver education and
training courses throughout Indiana; and
(B)supervise rider coach trainers and other personnel as
necessary.
The training specialist must be a rider coach trainer and hold a valid
license, including any necessary endorsements, to operate a
motorcycle.
