Text
The bureau shall develop and administer a motorcycle operator safety education program that, at a minimum, must:
(1)provide motorcycle operator education;
(2)train and certify rider coach trainers;
(3)increase public awareness of motorcycle safety; and
(4)evaluate and recommend improvements to the motorcycle
operator licensing system.
