Text
The:
(1)county executive of a county; or
(2)board of public works, board of public works and safety, or the
department of transportation of a city;
may contract with a nonprofit organization, with the approval of the
county legislative body or the city legislative body, to promote traffic
safety and study traffic accident problems.
