§ 9-27-3-2 — Contracts with nonprofit organizations to promote traffic safety and to study accident problems
Indiana·Title 9 MOTOR VEHICLES·Art. 27 TRAFFIC SAFETY AND DRIVER EDUCATION·Ch. 3 Local Traffic Safety Programs
The:
(1)county executive of a county; or
(2)board of public works, board of public works and safety, or the
department of transportation of a city;
may contract with a nonprofit organization, with the approval of the
county legislative body or the city legislative body, to promote traffic
safety and study traffic accident problems.
