Text

Indiana accepts the provisions and benefits of the National Highway Safety Act of 1966 (23 U.S.C. 401 et seq.). The governor may administer the federal act and coordinate the activities of all departments and agencies of this state and political subdivisions of this state and observe and comply with the requirements of the federal act and the regulations issued under the federal act.
