§ 9-27-1-1 — Federal act defined
Indiana·Title 9 MOTOR VEHICLES·Art. 27 TRAFFIC SAFETY AND DRIVER EDUCATION·Ch. 1 Federal Traffic Safety Programs
As used in this chapter, "federal act" refers to
the National Highway Safety Act of 1966 (23 U.S.C. 401 et seq. as in
effect January 1, 1991).
