§ 9-26-8-2 — Violations of IC 9-26-1-1.1; arrest without warrant
A law enforcement officer may, without a
warrant, arrest a person for a violation of IC 9-26-1-1.1 if the law
enforcement officer has probable cause to believe that the violation was
committed by the person.
