Text
(a)This section does not apply to the removal
of a motor vehicle that constitutes a traffic hazard.
(b)The operator of a motor vehicle that is used to remove a motor
vehicle that caused damage to real or personal property, except a motor
vehicle of another person as described in IC 9-26-1-1.1, shall give the
notification required by IC 9-26-1-1.1 before removing the motor
vehicle that caused the damage.
(c)A person who knowingly or intentionally violates this section
commits a Class B misdemeanor.
