Text

(a)A person removing a wrecked or damaged motor vehicle, including a wrecked or damaged golf cart or off-road vehicle, from a street or highway must remove any glass or other foreign material dropped upon the street or highway from the motor vehicle.
(b)A person who fails to comply with subsection (a) commits a Class C infraction. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-4-1-122.1.]
