Text
The court shall forward to the bureau a certified
abstract of the record of a judgment for damages if the rendering and
nonpayment of the judgment requires the bureau to suspend or revoke
the driving privileges of the judgment debtor under this article. The
abstract shall be forwarded to the bureau immediately upon the
expiration of thirty (30) days after the judgment becomes final and has
not been stayed or satisfied, as shown by the records of the court.
