1.The amendments made to section 4 of this
chapter by P.L.75-2001 apply to evidence admitted in any civil
proceeding after June 30, 2001, to prove that a motor vehicle liability
policy was in effect with respect to a motor vehicle on any date before,
on, or after June 30, 2001.
