§ 9-25-3-4 — Proof of financial responsibility failing to fulfill purpose; suspension of driving privileges or motor vehicle registration
Whenever the proof of financial responsibility
filed by a person under this article no longer fulfills the purpose for
which the proof was required, the bureau shall require from the person
other proof of financial responsibility under this article. If the person
does not provide other proof of financial responsibility under this
article, the bureau shall suspend the driving privileges or motor vehicle
registration, or both, as determined by the bureau, of the person.
