4. "Compliance response period", with respect to the occurrence of an event for which a person is required to provide evidence of financial responsibility, means the period:
(1)beginning on the date the bureau first issues a request to the
person under this article to provide evidence of financial
responsibility after the occurrence of the event; and
(2)ending on:
(A)the fortieth day following the date described in subdivision
(1), for a request to provide evidence of financial responsibility
issued before July 1, 2017; or
(B)the ninetieth day following the date described in
subdivision (1), for a request to provide evidence of financial
responsibility issued after June 30, 2017.
