Text

Notwithstanding the provisions of this article, a driver of a motor vehicle that is:

(1)operated by a motor carrier (as defined in IC 8-2.1-17-10); or
(2)registered for more than twenty-six thousand (26,000) pounds; is not required to file a certificate of compliance with the bureau. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-2-1.5-13.]
