Text

A person that knowingly allows, requires, permits, or authorizes an individual to operate a commercial motor vehicle during a period in which:

(1)the individual is disqualified from operating a commercial motor vehicle by the bureau or the appropriate authority from another jurisdiction; or
(2)the individual, the commercial motor vehicle, or the motor carrier operation is subject to an out-of-service order; commits a Class C misdemeanor. [Pre-2016 Revision Citation: 9-24-6-17.]
