Text

An individual who:

(1)is:
(A)disqualified from operating a commercial motor vehicle by the bureau or the appropriate authority from another jurisdiction; or
(B)subject to an out-of-service order; and
(2)operates a commercial motor vehicle; commits a Class C misdemeanor. [Pre-2016 Revision Citation: 9-24-6-16.]
