Text

(a)An individual may not operate a commercial motor vehicle unless the individual holds a valid commercial driver's license or commercial learner's permit issued by the bureau or another jurisdiction.
(b)An individual who violates this section commits a Class C infraction. [Pre-2016 Revision Citation: subsection (b) formerly 9-24-6-18.]
