5 (a) The bureau shall work in coordination with organizations that have produced instructional videos that provide industry specific training on how to recognize, prevent, and report human trafficking (as defined by IC 5-26.5-1-3.8).
(b)The bureau shall require an applicant who is applying for a
commercial driver's license for the first time to attest to having watched
an instructional video described under subsection (a).
