Text

This chapter, including any rules adopted by the bureau to implement this chapter, applies to the following:

(1)The holder of a commercial driver's license or commercial learner's permit.
(2)The operator of a commercial motor vehicle.
(3)A person that employs an operator of a commercial motor vehicle.
(4)A person that:
(A)educates or trains an individual; or
(B)prepares an individual for:
(i)an examination given by the bureau; or
(ii)testing described in section 5 of this chapter; to operate a commercial motor vehicle as a vocation.
