§ 9-24-19-1 — Class A infraction
Indiana·Title 9 MOTOR VEHICLES·Art. 24 DRIVERS LICENSES·Ch. 19 Penalty Provisions for Operating a Motor Vehicle With
Except as provided in sections 2 and 3 of this
chapter, an individual who operates a motor vehicle upon a highway
while the individual's driving privileges, driver's license, or permit is
suspended or revoked commits a Class A infraction.
