Text
Except for gross misconduct, if a retailer,
or an employee of a retailer, in good faith accepts a photo exempt
identification card issued under this chapter as proof of identification
for purposes of a retail transaction, the retailer or employee is immune
from any civil liability that may occur as a result of the acceptance.
