Text
(a)The bureau may impose an additional fee
of twenty-five dollars ($25) if the bureau processes an application for
a physical credential under this chapter in a period of time that is
shorter than the normal processing period. The bureau shall deposit the
fee in the commission fund.
(b)A fee imposed under this section is in addition to any other fee
imposed under this chapter.
