§ 9-24-13-1 — Statewide privileges; local licenses not required

Indiana·Title 9 MOTOR VEHICLES·Art. 24 DRIVERS LICENSES·Ch. 13 Rights and Duties of Licensees and Permittees
An individual holding a driver's license issued under this article may exercise the privilege granted by the driver's license upon all highways and is not required to obtain any other driver's license to exercise the privilege by a county, municipal, or local board or by any body having authority to adopt local police regulations.
