Text
An individual who fails to renew the individual's driver's license on or before the driver's license expiration date shall pay to the bureau an administrative penalty as follows:
(1)Before January 1, 2017, an administrative penalty of five
dollars ($5).
(2)After December 31, 2016, an administrative penalty of six
dollars ($6).
An administrative penalty shall be deposited in the commission fund.
