6.

(a)This section applies to an individual who is less than eighteen (18) years of age.
(b)An individual may not operate at any time:
(1)a medical services vehicle; or
(2)a vehicle transporting passengers for hire.
(c)Except as provided in subsection (d), an individual may not operate a motor vehicle during the following periods:
(1)Between 1 a.m. and 5 a.m. on a Saturday or Sunday.
(2)After 11 p.m. on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
(3)Before 5 a.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday.
(d)An individual may operate a motor vehicle during a period described in subsection (c) if the individual is:
(1)participating in, going to, or returning from:
(A)lawful employment;
(B)a school sanctioned activity; or
(C)a religious event; or
(2)accompanied in
