Indiana Statutes
§ 9-24-11-1 — Conditions
The bureau shall issue a permit or driver's license to every applicant who meets the following conditions:
(1)Qualifies as required.
(2)Makes the proper application.
(3)Pays the required fee.
(4)Passes the required examinations.
