§ 9-22-2-5 — Failure to file report; storage charges
Indiana·Title 9 MOTOR VEHICLES·Art. 22 ABANDONED, SALVAGED, AND SCRAP·Ch. 2 Unauthorized Storage of Motor Vehicles
If the report required under section 3 of this
chapter is not filed with an officer, the person who owns or operates the
property may not charge for the storage of the motor vehicle for a
period of more than fifteen (15) days.
