Text
This chapter does not apply to a motor vehicle described in section 1 of this chapter if:
(1)the person who owns the motor vehicle is personally known
to the person who owns the property on which the motor vehicle
is stored or parked; and
(2)the person who owns the motor vehicle has made
arrangements for the continuous storage or parking of the motor
vehicle on the property.
