Text

A private landowner who finds a mobile home that the person believes to be abandoned on real estate the person owns or controls, including rental property, may sell or salvage the mobile home if it was built at least fifteen (15) years ago and has been left without permission on the landowner's real estate for at least sixty (60) days. The sixty (60) day period begins on the day the landowner sends notice under section 3 of this chapter to the owner of the mobile home.
