Text
If:
(1)the owner or lienholder under section 8 of this chapter does
not appear and pay all costs; or
(2)the owner of a vehicle cannot be determined by a search
conducted under section 19 of this chapter;
the vehicle is considered abandoned and must be disposed of under this
chapter.
