Text
To facilitate the removal of abandoned vehicles or parts, a public agency may:
(1)employ personnel;
(2)acquire equipment, property, and facilities; and
(3)enter into towing contracts;
for the removal, storage, and disposition of abandoned vehicles and
parts. The fiscal body may, by ordinance, establish procedures to carry
out this section.
