§ 9-22-1-18 — Complaint by person owning or controlling private property

Upon complaint of a person who owns or controls private property that a vehicle has been left on the property for at least forty-eight (48) hours without the consent of the person who owns or controls the property, an officer shall follow the procedures set forth in sections 11 through 14 of this chapter.
