§ 9-21-9-3 — Slow moving vehicle emblem; restrictions on use
The use of the slow moving vehicle emblem
described in section 2 of this chapter is restricted to the slow moving
vehicles described in section 1 of this chapter. The use of the emblem
on any other type of vehicle or stationary object on or along a highway
is prohibited.
