Text

(a)A farm wagon may not be operated on an interstate highway.
(b)In addition to the prohibition set forth in subsection (a), a farm wagon (as defined in IC 9-13-2-60(2)) may not be operated on a highway designated as a part of the state highway system under IC 8-23-4-2, except that a farm wagon may cross a state highway, other than a limited access highway, at right angles for the purpose of getting from one (1) farm field to another when the operation can be done safely. The operator shall bring the farm wagon to a complete stop before proceeding across the state highway and shall yield the right-of-way to all traffic. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-8-12-5.]
