Text

(a)A person who drives a motor vehicle may not coast with the gears of the vehicle in neutral when traveling upon a down grade.
(b)A person who drives a commercial motor vehicle may not coast with the clutch disengaged when traveling upon a down grade. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-4-1-117.]
