Text

(a)A person may not drive a vehicle when any of the following conditions exist:
(1)The vehicle:
(A)is loaded in a manner; or
(B)has more than three (3) persons in the front seat; so as to obstruct the view of the person who drives the vehicle to the front or sides of the vehicle.
(2)The vehicle:
(A)is loaded in a manner; or
(B)has more than three (3) persons in the front seat; so as to interfere with the person's control over the driving mechanism of the vehicle.
(b)A passenger in a vehicle may not do the following:
(1)Ride in a position that interferes with the view ahead or to the sides of the person who drives the vehicle.
