§ 9-21-8-29 — Intersections; vehicles approaching from different highways; yield of right-of-way
Except when approaching through highways and areas in which signs are posted giving other instructions, when two
(2)vehicles approach or enter an intersection from different highways
at approximately the same time, the person who drives the vehicle on
the left shall yield the right-of-way to the vehicle on the right.
