§ 9-21-8-22 — Grades; proceeding in opposite direction on approach to crest
A vehicle may not be turned so as to proceed
in the opposite direction upon any curve, or upon the approach to, or
near the crest of a grade, where the vehicle cannot be seen by the
person who drives any other vehicle approaching from either direction
within seven hundred fifty (750) feet.
