Text
Whenever a highway has been divided into two (2) roadways by:
(1)leaving an intervening space;
(2)a physical barrier; or
(3)a clearly indicated dividing section constructed to impede
vehicular traffic;
a vehicle shall be driven only upon the right-hand roadway. A vehicle
may not be driven over, across, or within a dividing space, barrier, or
section, except through an opening in the physical barrier, dividing
section, or space or at a crossover or an intersection established by
public authority.
