Text
(a)This section does not apply to the
following:
(1)Funeral or marching band processions.
(2)A person who drives a motor vehicle in a vehicle platoon with
respect to another motor vehicle in the same vehicle platoon.
(b)Motor vehicles being driven upon a roadway outside of a
business or residence district in a caravan or motorcade, whether or not
towing other vehicles, must be operated to allow sufficient space
between each vehicle or combination of vehicles to enable another
vehicle to enter and occupy the space without danger.
