§ 9-21-5-5 — Oversized vehicles; violation
(a)In addition to the other limitations in this
chapter, and in any oversize vehicle permit issued under IC 9-20, a
vehicle that exceeds:
(1)a width of ten (10) feet, six (6) inches;
(2)a height of thirteen (13) feet, six (6) inches; or
(3)a length of eighty-five (85) feet;
may not be operated at a speed greater than fifty-five (55) miles per
hour.
(b)A person who operates a vehicle to which subsection (a) applies
at a speed greater than fifty-five (55) miles per hour commits a Class
C infraction.
