Text

(a)Before enforcing a rule adopted under section 10 of this chapter, the department, the authority, or an operator must install advance warning signs along the tollways, toll roads, or qualifying projects proceeding to the location at which an automated traffic law enforcement system is located.
(b)Before imposing or collecting a toll or fee under section 14 of this chapter, an operator must install advance warning signs along the private toll facility proceeding to the location at which an automated traffic law enforcement system is located.
